An alt/rock band based in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Bass/Vocals: Tess Majors
Guitar: Hannah Fowler
Drums: James Gunter

Tess Majors and Hannah Fowler started playing music together in 2014, initially through the Highway to Rock program at Stacy’s Music Store in Charlottesville. They spent their early teen years listening to old punk music, which influenced the band's alt-rock sound. The band’s attitude and snarky lyricism owe a debt of gratitude to the riot-grrrl genre as well. Patient 0 officially formed in early 2017 with the addition of Cooper Lowell on drums. Later, James Gunter was the band’s drummer.

Patient 0 released their first single, "Short Term Fixes," in March of 2018 with Cooper Lowell on drums. Their debut album, "Girl Problems," was recorded at the Music Resource Center, a local non-profit, during Hannah and Tess's senior year of high school and the following summer. Lucas Brown, from the band Breakers, helped mix and master the album, and James Gunter drummed for all the tracks except for "Jealousy," where Hannah handled the sticks. The album was released in September of 2019.

"Girl Problems" focuses on the trials and tribulations of coming of age while simultaneously tackling first relationships, identity issues, and mixed emotions about growing up.
